Rose Contadino, Mangiamo’s owner, started making pasta at an early age. Sunday mornings were spent around the table rolling out the homemade pasta dough for lunch. Rose has continued with her pasta making, just as her Calabrian nonna and mother had taught her. She recently relocated to Saratoga Springs, New York, and would like to share her family traditions with you. Her pastas are made from fresh, local ingredients. Rose sells her pasta at her Mangiamo retail store.
